Cancellation Policy
[ Appointment Scheduling ] All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system at www.carverjohnson.com. You can book an appointment up to 3 hours prior to the desired start time. Any day-of appointments booked within the 12-hour window before the scheduled start time are automatically non-cancellable and non-reschedulable as per our cancellation policy below. If you have any questions about how to book, please reach out to info@carverjohnson.com [ Payment ] Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. We accept credit cards and other secure online payment methods. [ Cancellation/Rescheduling ] You can cancel or reschedule any appointment up to 12 hours prior to the start time without penalty. Any appointments booked within the 12-hour window before the scheduled start time are non-cancellable and non-reschedulable from the time of booking. [ No-Show Policy ] Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time is considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable. If booking through a package, that session will be deducted from your package and cannot be rescheduled. [ Refund Policy ] All services and payments are non-refundable, including no-shows, late arrivals, and any appointments that are non-cancellable per the 12-hour window policy outlined above. However, if Carver Johnson needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will have the option to reschedule your session at no additional cost. By booking with Carver Johnson, you agree to accept and abide by this booking policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to this policy.
