The services offered by And, Both Metaphysics are considered alternative or complementary practices for energy healing, spiritual growth, and wellness promotion. They are not a substitute for medical care. It is recommended that I also work with licensed professionals for any physical or mental health concerns I may have.

Any information shared during sessions is intended for personal growth, empowerment, and greater consciousness. Energetic clearing, spiritual readings, intuitive coaching, and related services should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Carver Johnson is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or registered healthcare professional.

And, Both Metaphysics' energy work and spiritual services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illnesses or health conditions. While the services may assist in wellness by releasing energetic blockages and raising vibrational frequency, they do not replace conventional medical care.

My participation in any service offered by And, Both Metaphysics is entirely voluntary, undertaken at my own risk, and by my own consent. I release And, Both Metaphysics and Carver Johnson from any liability related to my participation.

I understand that results will differ from person to person and that I may or may not experience any noticeable effects, whether immediate or over time. Lack of perceived results does not constitute grounds for any legal claims against And, Both Metaphysics or Carver Johnson.

All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential to the best of my ability. However, And, Both Metaphysics is not bound by medical or legal confidentiality agreements. Any disclosures related to harm to oneself or others may be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

I understand that energy healing, intuitive guidance, and spiritual services are inherently subjective, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Any insights, guidance, or energy work provided are meant to support my personal journey, and I take full responsibility for how I choose to interpret and apply them in my life.

If sessions are conducted remotely via phone, video call, or other digital means, I acknowledge that And, Both Metaphysics is not responsible for any technical issues, security breaches, or data loss that may occur due to third-party service providers.

If I (the client) request a session recording, I understand that it is for my personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for any other purposes without explicit permission from And, Both Metaphysics.

By engaging in services with And, Both Metaphysics, I affirm that I have reviewed and understand the nature of these offerings. I give my consent to proceed with energy healing modalities and spiritual services at my own risk, and release both And, Both Metaphysical and Carver Johnson from any and all liabilities.
