Any information shared during sessions is intended for personal growth, empowerment, and greater consciousness. Energetic clearing, spiritual readings, intuitive coaching, and related services should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Carver Johnson is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or registered healthcare professional.

Carver Johnson’s energy work and spiritual services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illnesses or health conditions. While the services may assist in wellness by releasing energetic blockages and raising vibrational frequency, they do not replace conventional medical care.

My participation in any service offered by Carver Johnson is entirely voluntary, undertaken at my own risk, and by my own consent. I release Carver Johnson from any liability related to my participation.

I understand that energy healing, intuitive guidance, and spiritual services are inherently subjective, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. If sessions are conducted remotely via phone, video call, or other digital means, I acknowledge that Carver Johnson is not responsible for any technical issues, security breaches, or data loss that may occur due to third-party service providers.

If I (the client) request a session recording, I understand that it is for my personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for any other purposes without explicit permission from Carver Johnson.

By engaging in services with Carver Johnson, I affirm that I have reviewed and understand the nature of these offerings. I give my consent to proceed with energy healing modalities and spiritual services at my own risk, and release Carver Johnson from any and all liabilities.
