Please remember (where possible) to:
Find a comfortable, quiet place where you won't be disturbed for your session. If you prefer to lie down for your session, I recommend a pillow, heavy blanket and headphones so you're able to hear the session
Bring water to keep you hydrated
Wear comfortable clothing
Journal or jot downs your thoughts, feelings and emotions prior to our session
Have tissue or a hankerchief nearby (tears are WELCOME here)
If possible, I recommend doing a centering and grounding practice (meditation, journaling, yoga etc) in the 10 minutes prior to your session time
Together we will create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can connect to Source, work through the emotional muck, and clear it all up to send it back to Spirit.
