I look forward to working with you during your session!


Please remember (where possible) to:

  • Find a comfortable, quiet place where you won't be disturbed for your session. If you prefer to lie down for your session, I recommend a pillow, heavy blanket and headphones so you're able to hear the session

  • Bring water to keep you hydrated

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Journal or jot downs your thoughts, feelings and emotions prior to our session

  • Have tissue or a hankerchief nearby (tears are WELCOME here)

  • If possible, I recommend doing a centering and grounding practice (meditation, journaling, yoga etc) in the 10 minutes prior to your session time


Together we will create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can connect to Source, work through the emotional muck, and clear it all up to send it back to Spirit.
